Took over 15 minutes in the drive-through for a simple transaction and I was the only one there. The manager did reach out and the complaint was handled professionally.

I just found out that a rude bank employee that did not want me to get my refund back to my account & not spouse to do that but did anyway and hope she lose her job because she did the wrong thing .Cory Thomes
