The store manager, Pam, was wonderful and insightful. She was able to let me explain what I was looking to accomplish and pointed me out some great supplements. The even helped me save on my purchases and future purchases by offering their rewards program. Great place that was well kept, clean, and thoughtful individuals.

Pam was super helpful and welcoming to the store! She was extremely knowledgeable in the products available and helping point me in the right direction on where to get started for my health and nutrition journey. Highly recommend stopping in if you ever have any questions or are unsure of where to start.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was shocking! The lady working asked what I was looking for 3 times in 1 minute because they work on commission. I have been talked into things I don't need or use so I told her I was just browsing. She huffed and grunted all 3 times so I kindly responded "I know you are trained to be very helpful but I'm really just browsing." She then replied "I am NOT trained to help people, I have been here 14 years and when I see someone just staring at a wall I ask!" I was reading the labels of various vitamins and protein powders which I planned to buy but I just could not bring myself to it.

The little skinny blonde haired chick working there is super unprofessional. I went in with my husband & the entire time all she could do was try to flirt with him in front of me whilst we were looking for pre-workout. Disgusting behavior towards a first time customer. It makes people uncomfortable. Do better.

I called twice because a lady I had previously spoken to while buying supplements said she would reserve me a case of ghost. I just had to call Monday when the shipment came in. I called and spoke to 2 different workers. Both workers were completely oblivious on how to interact courteously and were lacking customer service etiquette. They didn’t know anything, didn’t remotely attempt to delegate the very simple situation, were quick to get through our interaction as lazily and with the bare minimum of courtesy possible. It’s scary that people like that are employed. One male. One female. Today on the afternoon of 09/18/2023. The day my hope in customer service representation died.
