Not impressed. Had expectations of it being more like Billings store. Poor quality items, in particular, furniture. Dirty.

They forgot to give us the sale price on their furniture sale advertised, I didn't want to go back and fix it. They didn't ask for my punch card either. That's half my fault I should remember, too.

We went in to make a donation. Great place with great people doing, what else but GREAT work. Super friendly and amenable. I would only say if you are pulling a large trailer (20ft deck-over) of goods like I did, it's a tight squeeze pulling into the donation area. There are what looks like staff vehicles parked on the right in the pull-in making it difficult. The staff did clear some things away so I could get in, but it was tighter than my comfort level enjoyed. I would recommend going thru the alley between 2nd and 3rd Avenue South which would get you close enough to get unloaded I think or consider scheduling them to pick up.

I loved going to the Restore over the years, iv donated tons of stuff and purchased many things over the years. However something has changed in the past year, the prices are absolutely unreasonable for most items, I understand needing to run a business and the proceeds support great causes but it’s simply out of hand and the customer service is awful. I witnessed a customer today get treated very poorly by staff, she was being a little difficult but they completely ignored her and continued to pester her until she started yelling and making a scene. The environment of the store is unwelcoming now, such a shame. Until the prices become reasonable for Donated items, and customer service improves I won’t buy a single item.

Fantastic selection of all building materials, only wish the pricing was more thrifty!

A thrift store for home renovation. If you are looking for something in particular, keep going back, eventually it will show up here.

Always worth popping in to see what they have on hand before paying retail price. It’s also great to donate to while remodeling a lot of things can be reused by others instead of being sent to the landfill. Added benefit is that your dollars spent here help to house others in your own community.

I love this place but I have to check in frequently to find what I'm looking for. Good prices, good selection usually.
