Lines are always unbelievably long at checkout and without fail, I'm overcharged for items on sale...having to then get back in the long line to have another cashier issue a refund because on sale items were not rung up correctly. It's just an antiquated process. Either, train your cashiers to communicate better with customers, verbally confirming sale items...or start using actual skus. I spent 24 minutes in line today, 12 checking out the 1st time and 12 trying to get refunded for cashier error.

Great service we had today. We bought glasses and she could tell one of them must have been broken so we got a different one that wasn't broke. Very friendly ?

I enjoy my time in Hobby Lobby, they have a great selection of merchandise. I was picking up some new home decor items to freshen up a room,and they look great.

Just picked up some posters I had framed, or well should of been framed correctly. The borders were not secured and was only secure on the top and had no hangers on the back like i requested. Not impressed.
