The location of this store is superb and extremely convenient, though it tends to be really busy, especially at peak hours. Considering staffing issues, the store is in desperate need of a few extra pairs of hands. The store requires constant cleaning due to messes created by rude, inconsiderate, and downright disgusting customers and their children, with spills and bathroom usage leaving facilities dirty. It is noted that these dirty disasters are not the fault of the employees. The business would benefit from a person whose only function is cleaning non-stop, performing a thorough deep cleaning. While some staff are noted as the hardest working, management decisions have received criticism. There have also been issues with staff being unaware of app promotion prices for beverages, leading to customer frustration. Holiday was sold to Circle K. Circle K App has anysize fountain beverages for $ .79, staff was unaware of this and tried to charge $1.79 for beverages and seemed resistant to app advertisement price.
