“We have been traveling for 3 weeks, from Alberta Canada to southern Alabama, and many points between. Stayed at almost exclusively IHG properties, and all have been very good. Last night in the US and we stay here. What a welcoming hotel! Christmas decorations, crazy friendly, super clean, and an unbelievable breakfast selection! Have been here before, and will be back for sure!”

“Likely to sleep here again. Spacious, clean rooms. Only complaint is that the noise of traffic accelerating is excessive. I’m not blaming the management as it isn’t their fault, but I would suggest working with the city to try to bring the noise down, because it could cause people to take business elsewhere.”

“Beautiful hotel, very clean, and nice helpful front desk staff (both at check in and checkout) ? We were also suprised with a free upgrade! Unexpected but very welcome after a long day of travel! We enjoyed the jacuzzi suite very much. The free breakfast was very good, the lady was helpful. My only complaint was the noise from the road. If you're a light sleeper, I reccommend earplugs if you're located on the side of the hotel where the road is. Or perhaps request a room facing the river. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will come back again!”

“This place was AWESOME! We have been on a motor cycle trip - this is day 9 - so we’ve stayed a ton of places and nothing has compared to this place! Love love love the retro vibe! Rooms were beyond spotless. Beds so comfortable. They give you a complimentary breakfast card with selected items. Their restaurant Clark & Lewies had exceptional food & service. Heather was a super waitress & they have sweet tea -we’re from Ga so major plus! The sip and dip lounge was great too. Front desk staff was nice, answered all questions, and the price for this place is top notch! We’ll be back in we’re back in the area!”

“We enjoy coming to Great Falls for a weekend or so, but My family and I had numerous negative encounters with a girl named Melissa. I don’t understand why she was so fricken rude and unfriendly toward my family.. knocking on our doors to be quiet knowingly I have my grand children. There were other families here but she chose to target me and mine. Her front desk skills are lacking professionalism and rudeness. I would Not recommend to stay here as long as she is working here. This is suppose to be a family friendly environment. I do, however appreciate the two men that helped me through out the weekend. They were and are so helpful and very professional. Not sure of their names I think one name I remember is Joe bc that’s my son’s name. Melissa is a rude unprofessional person!!!”

“Extremely friendly front desk staff, I checked in and became extremely ill and they were very accommodating for the three days I stayed as well as a late checkout on last day even though it was hockey season and hotel was booked.”

“Amazing stay in the family lodging of the inn on Malmstrom, they are very accommodating, they have housekeeping even to these little separate units with kitchen and living area. Pet friendly. Dog exercise area in middle of units. There's also a dog park on Malmstrom. Great price. Walking distance to club Grizzly Bend. Entire stay on base with BX and commissary was great. There is a DFAC though we didn't get to use it. Grizzly Bend did a family friendly Octoberfest, and I'm sure they do other events. It's a beautiful base, and town. The Missouri River and it's charms are all nearby too.

Rooms: The place we stayed in was basically a one bedroom house with a pull out sofa in the living room. Inside there was a dog crate you could use for your pet if you had to go while housekeeping comes, it had a blanket and stuff. There's a full kitchen, and pots and pans and dishes and silverware, full size fridge. TV in main room and bedroom. Temp control really effective. Blackout curtains. Nice place.

Nearby activities: Great Falls is a small town with all the Major amenities, so your 15 minutes from whatever you want, but as stated above, the inn is next to the Grizzly Bend "O club" (all club) and Nate there makes an amazing margarita, and the staff is so friendly and go above and beyond, food was great. The commissary is close, and the BX stays open later and has a gas station, great prices, and the people that work there are really nice, there were 60 mph winds out of the blue and they helped us to our car, even though we didn't know if we'd need it, plus they can help find anything in the store. In town you have all the major things, chain stores, restaurants, and there's the state park for Giant Springs and you can go to do many points of interest there, but it's all super close together. Nothing will take you too far out of your way. In the inn there's brochures on all the cool places you might visit. And there's kids playgrounds all around base.

Safety: It's a military base, it's very safe

Walkability: The in is next to the Grizzly Bend club. For those who can walk, it wouldn't be hard to get to the commissary or BX. Walking a dog gets you to their dog park, and lots of places.

Food and drinks: So many options, Grizzly Bend, commissary and BX, or off base anything you like. There's a dining facility we didn't get to use, but anybody authorized on base is welcome to do so.

Noteworthy details: Anyone who is authorized on base can now use the commissary”

“This motel is ok lisa is a great manager despite the up downs we may have had she tries to help others an the ideas that she comes up with for the royal motel is amazing she is great to be around an has a great sense of humor once you get to know her the owner is great as well great guy kind an sweet generously awesome in my opinion I would stay there again if given the chance toRooms: Rooms are slowly getting remodeled an they heat well quite nice an pecful at night”

“I had an amazing experience living in one of the furnished apartments at Crestview Apartments for about a year. The community was clean, friendly, and tenants respectfully kept to themselves. During my stay, there was only one instance where the hot water went out, but I was promptly notified, and it was fixed the very next day. The service was outstanding, and Natalie is hands down the best landlord! Overall, I highly recommend Crestview Apartments to anyone looking to rent in Great Falls. If I ever find myself back in town, this will be the first place I check for availability ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
