There is no communication unless something needs to be fixed. I’ve asked for updates on my property, but don’t get any responses. About 50% of the rent has been accounted for in the past year.

This company never calls me back, is late transferring us our rent, is terrible tracking the rent and mixes up payments. Don’t waste your time.
