I had a great experience at this nail salon today as a walk in! The customer service was warm and welcoming. Ben took his time during my pedicure and really focused on my dry calluses, which I appreciated. Trina gave me a quick gel manicure, and Hannah absolutely nailed the artwork on my nails! It was a relaxing visit, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail care and a friendly atmosphere!

I have been going to Magic nails for about A year. They do tend to have an attitude problem, however, I over look that. I will never go there again after my last visit. The guy can do some nails. But this time after the remodel they seem brand new. And it’s not ok. My nail tech tried to raise his voice at am. That’s not going to work so had to let him know, I am not his wife and that is not how he will be speaking to me. I told him the color I wanted was no longer on the rack, he said he will find it. I proceeded to get my fill, and we couldn’t find the color I couldn’t decide what I wanted with the gentleman speaking to me like he was. And they tried to charge me way more than normal. I got a fill and he said, your nails are long. They always are so let’s not act like this is new. A days before I had a nail repaired. No polish and he didn’t even file or shape it. Told me it was 5 dollars then charged me 10. These people must think they are the best in town and they really aren’t even close. The way they try to treat people is insane. Almost like it’s a bother to do nails or they are higher than the customers. 😂 they suck anymore don’t waste time going there.

Just went in and spend $90 for two pedicures. My toes look like they've just been in the desert sand the guy did not finish with the Polish nor did he even put lotion on my feet. He simply put the Polish on which I brought my own polish, and walked away I suggest if you go to this place to make an appointment with Hannah or Trina. I've been going here since 2016

I just had the most incredible pedicure here. I didn't get the gals name, she was young, had hair that looked like it was light purple on the ends, or maybe ashy blonde. She removed my ingrown toe nails so gently. She also massaged my legs and feet for a long time!! It felt incredible!! She was friendly and checked in on me throughout my pedicure ensuring nothing hurt or was too hot (like the water, wax, hot stones, etc.). I have never had a better pedicure and I will be coming back. 3 of us got pedicures at once and all were satisfied. 2 of the people in our group also got manicures after their pedicure and had a pleasant experience.

My wife decided to go here because they allowed walk-ins. She got a full set of French tip nails for a really good price. The employees here are extremely nice and do an amazing job. She will definitely be back in a couple weeks for a fill.

Great pedicure.
Dip manicure wasn't bad but wasn't good. They charge a premium price for subpremium work. Definitely the most I've paid for a mani pedi and they didn't trim my cuticles so I don't think it will grow out well because the dip is stuck to my cuticles.
Update***mani lasted less than 10 days. Went to another salon in town it was cheaper and I am much happier..sorry magic nails

The appointment started off not smooth with the tech running 45 minutes behind. I have an autoimmune disorder so I always make sure they use a brand new file on my nails to prevent infection. They should anyway per OSHA regulations. The tech used a used, dirty file on my nails and I asked him to stop and get a new one because of OSHA guidelines to prevent infection. The tech then refused to finish my nail fill or complete my nails because I asked for the bare minimum of sanitary conditions to not get an infection. Which is actually required by law per OSHA. I explained to him it’s to prevent infection and he refused to talk to me after that. I would never recommend this establishment after this. The techs are super nice usually. If they tried to use a dirty file with me, how many others are they infecting with bacteria like MRSA or even a blood borne pathogen if they accident broke the skin open by reusing dirty files on clients.

Nothing wrong with the greeting of the environment. one o the women acted as if they didn't want to do my nails and overlooked me to reach another customer and I didn't think anything of it. I went in the salon a next time and the same worker did the same thing, but this time she had to do my nails, she didn't seem to like me at all. I'm Native American and a plus size model. she seemed upset to be doing my pedicure. I don't know her name but she didnt have my nails completely done but shooed me to the paying counter as if she was done. I even left her a tip when I very well shouldnt have. I just ignored it and got my nails done at a different salon in the town. never went back.
