“Jason, our service tech, was EXCELLENT! He came in to the office I work at to help with an issue we were having and I am not super technically saavy. So he was asking questions to try and figure out what we needed and if I didn’t know what he was asking, he would adjust the question until he got an answer that helped and he did it in such a way that I didn’t feel like an idiot :-) He also wasn’t willing to just walk away without an answer. When he left, he did further research and continued to keep in touch with me to let me know that we were not forgotten. He was also able to come up with a solution to our problem and now everything works the way we wanted it to.”
