“Talk about outstanding. They were honest during the whole process, took the time to actually find and address the issue. The thing that really spoke about their integrity is the price tag. I've had other places charge an arm and a leg for something simple that needed to be done in a shop but was relatively easy and affordable on their end. “I travel full-time towing my small travel trailer with my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was still for an oil change and called City motor Express lube. They were able to book me for the day I would be spending here in Great falls. At no other time in my travels, was a Toyota dealer able to do an oil change for me without scheduling out one to two weeks. So, the express lube option is great. I wish more Toyota dealers would adopt this. Other brands have this sort of thing available at most of their dealers. In any event, my oil change went well, service was fast, and the attending service person was very friendly and helpful.”

“I highly recommend you don't go to this location but instead go to the one by the bridge on 1oth Ave South. The difference between these two locations is pretty big. I'm not sure if it's a training issue or a management issue but either way, the other location will give you better service, faster service, and seem to be far more knowledgeable. I know that the manager Shane, is exceptional and will go out of this way to make things right. I would rate the other location five stars. I always go to Valvoline to change my oil but I was not very happy with waiting 45 minutes at this location having the cars that came behind me go into the stall next to me and get processed before I was even talked to, and then finally when it was my turn them telling me oh we don't have your oil filter so you need to go to the other location anyway. Don't worry I won't ever be back to this one. (Edit: my response to reply) I did speak with your regional manager in person over at the other location. I told him in detail what happened. And he assured me that there would be coaching. My main issue was the fact that someone didn't come out and scan my vin like they are supposed to, and thus the entire 45 minutes I waited was for nothing. They had me sitting behind one car and after 30 minutes another car pulled up into the other lane and that lane cleared out first making that guy done with his service before I was even helped. But thank you for your reply. The other location is amazing and you guys still have my loyalty, but my reviews are always honest, especially because I have so many views on them. Thanks for your reply. I added one more star due to your reply, in the confidence that managers will have a coaching session like I was told to rectify the problem. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt lol.”
