It's gone a bit downhill since I was last here a year or so ago. Not as clean as it had been. No staff assistance, it was quiet ... I enjoyed the shopping trip bc it was so casual and quiet.
There weren't as many bargains as there used to be.

I just wanted to shout out the Great Falls MT store. I went there on black Friday at 7:30am. They had opened at 5 but the store was PRISTINE. Everything folded and hung, no piles of random clothes on the tables, fitting rooms clean and their go backs in the fitting rooms were very minimal. Everyone checking out was helpful, skilled, and cheerful. A great experience for all 10 of us that came in

Cute top, gathered in the front and thumb holes in the sleeves. I bought it, and her had to return to the store to have the ink magnet thing removed. The store is across town, about 5 1/2 miles away from my home. When I’m returned home, I put the top on and discovered that there was a hole in the front. I did not have time to return to the store that day, so I returned a few days later. I was hoping to exchange the top, But because it was clearance, final sale, I was told that I could not return it. I was sad because this top is cute, but it was sold with a hole in it. I always thought Old Navy stood by their product, but I guess not. This was quite frustrating because I had traveled to the store three times trying to buy this five dollar item :(

If you’re a person of color, expect to be followed through every section of clothes and continuously watched. I’m all for employees checking in and making sure I’m doing okay and finding what I need. But to be followed non stop, including all the way to the cashier, is pretty ridiculous.
