I called to see if they had a Rx that I would be running out of and my current pharmacy didn't have it and I would of gone 5 days without my Rx and I have to take it 3 times a day. I called this Albertson's and the gal on the phone was so kind and caring I don't remember her name tho but she was so helpful and I even asked for her to let me know when she got the Rx filled and asked her to call me and she was very kind about it. I am so glad she was caring and helpful as I have health issues and don't need the stress of not having my medicine for that many days. Thank you to the gal who helped me I appreciate you and all of your kindness and help.
When I went to pick up my medication I learned the gals name was Jamie and she was very cheerful and said oh yeah I talked to you on the phone and I said oh okay hi and I thanked her and I looked at her name tag.

Newer very kind young person at register Dom I think was name ...excellent customer service even with a line up the isle - this person cleared the line with efficiency n care in a remarkable way! * the other register was busy with employee visiting with * friends(?) Everyone in line was commenting abt the hold up but Dom handled everyone in the line and we all left w smiles and praise for great service??

Very nice staff, will help with any questions, have text availability for refills, and pick up. 2 locations, NW had a drive-thru. Get groceries while waiting for scripts, win win.
