“I had to cancel a grooming appointment this morning because of an unexpected passing of my best friend Ryker last night. These guys just had flowers delivered to my house. Completely unexpected and I appreciate it so much. Thank you guys so much!
I highly recommend shopping here with people that understand the emotional connection with your furry family members.”

“From our very first interaction with Ruff Rollin', we knew we were in the right hands. The friendly and knowledgeable team took time to understand our beloved Susie’s unique needs. As a Basset Hound, Susie has a somewhat different build and stature, which is why the promise of a custom-made wheelchair was so appealing.
Every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring the wheelchair was not just functional, but also comfortable for Susie. The craftsmanship was simply top-notch, and the high-quality materials used guaranteed us that it would stand the test of time.
What really touched our hearts, though, was Ruff Rollin's genuine care. They made us feel special, like we were their only client. They frequently checked in on Susie’s progress and were always available to answer any questions we had. Their customer service is unrivaled.
We're beyond grateful for Ruff Rollin's commitment to improving the quality of life for pets with mobility issues. Thanks to them, our sweet Susie is now rolling with confidence and joy. If you're looking for a wheelchair for your fur baby, we can't recommend Ruff Rollin' enough. Their attention to detail and personalized approach is truly second to none.”

“Our dog, Winston, just loves coming here! We can tell every time we drop him off or pick him up just how well-loved he is by the staff, and it’s so nice to know he is well cared for and loved when we are away and making other dog friends. Boarding is so easy to setup online and they have everything he needs which makes the whole process stress free especially since it’s right on the way to the airport.”
