“Huck & Finn are always excited to go to Happy Tails for their grooming appointments. I’ve tried many other groomers but they were never cut as asked or came back with mats still on their ears/tails but that’s never been an issue here. I’m not sure what products/technique they use but my boys have never felt as soft and fluffy as they do now.”
“I was in Great Falls for a doctor's appointment and my yorkie-poo had an accident. We recently moved to Havre Montana and he doesn't have a groomer, his fur was long and it was an emergency. The clip joint took us an Piper looks GREAT!! Not only that he usually has a bad day the rest of the day, he doesn't want to eat, play or nothing and he gets really stressed out. When we got home he ate, he played and he actually ate several times. He was a really good boy. We are going back in 6 weeks and we plan on having her as our permanent groomer.”
“10/10 would recommend with company with any reptile needs. I have been coming to her for over a year and half. I go once a week to buy rodents for my older snake who didn’t eat for almost 2 years because she’s picky, started eating immediately after I started buying rodents from her. I have bought 2 snakes from her this year. This company is very knowledgeable on all sorts of reptiles, with all sorts of needs. I feel reassured when talking to her about my reptiles when things confuse me about their behavior.”
“There's not much else that I despise being as much as being a last minute shopper. My baby kitty that I've had for 10 years was showing hairball distress and I called them as I was pulling into the parking lot 2 minutes before closing and the wonderful soul that was working ran to the back and got the hairball medicine as I was running into the store. No attitude for being there a breath before closing. She showed compassion and concern and wished me success with the treatment, and a better night. “I’ll never be able to say enough good things. This place and the staff are amazing with my sweet Jake. He was anxious after being rescued and daycare has fixed him so much. He loves the daycare staff and I love how much they love him. When he was showing some small behaviors I mentioned a few things that work at home and they did them! Not many daycare or boarding places will listen like that. Will keep coming back more and more because they care deeply about my most precious treasure. Love that I can trust them with him.”
