Our camper was broken into while being serviced here. Pry marks on the window frame window and blinds damaged. No offer to repair the damages.

John Black Service Manager has gone above and beyond to get our Holiday Rambler back on the road (and we are from Kentucky). It was a major repair due to a lightning surge. Just want to say thank you to John and his techs. Oh by the way, we bought another camper from them (Robert Buley) salesman. Really can’t say enough about their professionalism. Highly recommend the entire group. I would give 10 stars if I could!

We have been RVrs for 30 +years and so have had issues along the way. This was a first: toilet foot control broke! Not how we wanted to start our weekend
Husband called Pierce RV Superstore in Great Falls.
Phone rang twice, we were directed to Parts/Service and Brad answered immediately.
We have been treated as though a long term customer! Respectful, expertly and honest service. And they had what we needed in stock
Thank you Brad! You are top shelf

Many thanks to the people at Pierce RV. We were 2,600 miles from home when we experienced AC issues. They were able to work us in on short notice to get us back on the road. John, Randy, & the rest of the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative as we worked through our problem. We would highly recommend Pierce RV.

I stopped in the store a couple weeks ago on a Saturday because I was having some trailer issues. Worked with John and what a fantastic experience. He bent over backwards to help me, made about 4 phone calls on my behalf to help me out that he didn’t have to make. You run a great operation!

We brought in 2 trailers both with refrigerator problems and one with a severe water leak (the water pump would not shut off and water was flowing out of the under belly). Estimated repair time was at least a week but one trailer (with leak) was fixed in a day. One trailer had to have the refrigerator replaced (bummer) but it was also completed in 3 days. We also had both roofs cleaned and treated as well as the bearings packed on one of the trailers.John at the service desk was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I am very happy with the service I received from Pierce RV. I will be their customer for many years!

Great Sales Experience Undone by Incompetent Service Department and Unsafe Setup
I recently purchased a brand new RV from Pierce RV in Great Falls. The sales experience was excellent — my salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the experience with the service department was the complete opposite and raised serious safety concerns.
The weight distribution hitch they installed was severely undersized for my trailer. When I questioned the setup, the service tech threw his hands up and said, “I don’t know anything about it, I’m just a grunt.” He claimed it was adjusted “the best they could,” but it was obvious that no weight was being transferred forward, and the drop on hitch was set too high to level the trailer properly or set weight distribution. Ultimately there wasn't even enough drop on that particular hitch to adjust properly at all. My pickup is not modified with a lift or anything strange either. This could have easily resulted in dangerous sway or control issues on the road.
The same tech performed my walkthrough — he was clearly uninterested, rushed through it, and provided almost no explanation of how anything worked. When I asked questions he just shrugged and said to look at the manual.
Once I got the trailer home, I discovered:
-Axles had no grease
-WDH grease zerk was dry
-Tire pressures varied by 15 PSI
-Battery terminals were loose on the extra battery I bought.
-Electrical connections were poorly crimped
-Completely wrong WDH hitch for application leaving me with extremely dangerous setup.
These are basic safety checks that should be part of any pre-delivery inspection. I ended up replacing or adjusting everything myself, because I couldn’t in good conscience allow the service department to touch the trailer again after seeing how poorly things were handled the first time. I have spent a significant amount of money and time making this right. I wouldn't let them touch my camper with a 10ft pole after this experience.
The RV itself is fine, and again, the sales team was great. But the service department was incompetent and careless, and they sent me down the road with a setup that could have gone very badly. Extremely disappointing for what’s supposed to be a professional dealership.

From the first contact with service manger they where very helpful and up front. When we brought our travel trailer in to have the AC replaced it was done quickly. Very happy with way our whole experience has been.

We had a water leak issue in our RV while camping in Great Falls. We called several different RV repair companies. This was the only one that responded. They fitted us in at short notice, completed the necessary repairs in a professional and efficient manner. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you need RV repairs in the Great Falls Montana area.

I had never been to this dealership. When I walked in they gave me their newest Sales guy GL. The whole, looking, deciding to buy and making the purchase went very well. GL did pretty darn good for being the new guy. I was able to take my unit that day as I live 120 miles away. (Saved me 3 hours of driving) That was thanks to the service people whom bent over backwards for me! Over all a pretty darn good experience in Great Falls, MT
