I must give Sean a 5 star rating. They installed both windshields in our RV when they said they would with no surprises. We then headed away from Great Falls and within 80 miles we picked up a rock chip. On our next trip to Great Falls Sean came to our RV park site and fixed it. What a pleasant experience Thank you Sean!!

Preferred has done 3 jobs for me, windshield, back glass, and an RV side window. They do a great job every time. They have the cheapest rates in town, plus they don't charge you extra to come to you like the other companies do.

Called around for quotes after my car had an attempted break in and a large web crack in the driver’s side line of sight. The Glass Doctors, Speedy’s, and Safelite quoted me at 220-240. Preferred auto charged me 180. Quick service and they let me wait in the shop.

They installed my windshield too, low that it's rubbing on my passenger side fender. Glass contacting metal. Makes this God awful rattling noise. Instead of fixing it, they just make excuses. This better get fixed!!!
