I needed a wheelbarrow. for my spring projects. After shopping I found a nice reasonably priced high-quality wheel barrow and walked to it with the salesman. He did not have the key to unlock it so he called a coworker who did not have a key and then the manager to unlock the wheelbarrow. The gentlemen helped me load the wheelbarrow and helped my secure it in my truck bed. I continue to shop at this store because they treat me and my wife well. Keep up the good work Crystal and Rob and all the awesome workers there.

Ordered a washing machine and they changed the date for delivery, I understood the reason but when I tried to speak to someone about when it might be in there was no one to talk to. Ended up going into the store and still didn't get any answers. Finally they gave me a date and time when they showed up they burst my pipes so couldn't install my washer and I had no where to keep the washer so they took it with them. I had to pay to get the pipes replaced and have not received any recompense for the damage they caused! So they finally gave me new dates and never showed up. 3 times I sat at home waiting for my new washer. It was never delivered and no reason. Was given the runaround. I've canceled my order and now I'm waiting for my money. Have a feeling this isn't going to end well. I will never buy from Home Depot! They are sexist and ageists.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! Ordered a product for home delivery...$900! Delivery day came and went, nothing showed up...not even a phone call. Apparently the item I ordered online was sold and I no longer had a product. When I called and talked to Kevin, the manager on duty, I was rudely told that there is nothing they can do for me. On top of this, I couldn't get my money back for 5-7 business days. So not only did I not get a order status call or the product that I purchased on the date I should've gotten it...I couldn't get my money back right away to go buy it somewhere else!? The Home Depot essentially took my money and promised me a product on said date...and didn't deliver, and now they can't fix it for me. They can't even give me a comparable replacement. I chose delivery on said date and pushed "Buy" online to get a product on that date because I needed it on that date. So not only did I pay them for something they don't have and can't get to me on the promised date, but they can't even fix a mistake that their own system made. Instead of apologizing for the mistake that was made by THEIR system I was made to feel like it's my fault for using their online system and it's too bad that it happened but "feel free to wait another 3-5 days for the item we were supposed to get to yesterday." Ridiculous...

I am SO tired of home depot and their lies about delivery. We have been assured MULTIPLE times that appliances would be delivered on specific dates prior to purchase. On every occasion we receive a call that delivery has been delayed for a month or more. So done with them eagerly taking my money but lying. Not purchasing from these liars again. Ps I am in MONTANA NOT CA. this is done by home depot to confuse people

My husband, who's actually more of a Lowe's person, has come to really like this particular Home Depot: his only choice in big-box-store, oh-so-manly toolman shopping options. (Thank you, rural Montana living.) I am glad we don't live any closer, actually, or I'm sure we'd be there more. * We've had positive experiences ordering online, big orders and small, more than once. This is really important when you're like us and have to drive 2 hours all in good faith that everything will be just was reported online once you arrive. *THIS IS THE PLACE where we buy all our paint. We've learned this the hard way: by actually using the spendy Sherwin Williams stuff and finding out that it sucks. Then trying something new from Home Depot, and voila, success! The paint dept staff know what they're doing and do it quickly, professionally and well. *We've had no negative experiences with ANY staff member here, from cart guys to managers, which is a lot to be said for any business location. Especially when it comes to returns, which have all come off without a hitch (maybe because we've always had a receipt, thanks, in part, to online ordering). Perhaps this also happens because of staffing numbers. This particular Home Depot seems to be one of the few businesses in my region that doesn't seem to be understaffed. *We've also had positive experiences at the cash register. Well... not so much with the sticker shock sometimes, but definitely with the pleasant cashiers and the very helpful loading staff. *Heck, I even like the bathrooms. They're not claustrophobic and they're usually pretty clean. * We really appreciated one particular day when we arrived to the surprise of HD giving everybody free hot dogs (and they were huge), hamburgers, chips and pop. It saved us out-of-towners having to buy lunch for the family. So thank you, HD, for being my husband's home away from home, as well as for providing me my legitimate bargaining chip to trade places in shopping suffering: Hooray, honey! Going to JO-Ann Fabrics next it is!

Do not waste your time with Online Ordering and expect it to save you anytime. I received an email from Home Depot telling me my order was ready .... it was not !!! A 30 min wait as other online customers joked about their orders also not being ready. Lowes is spot on with there Internet ordering. If your service is a joke among customers and your employees do not have a good handle on expectations a leadership change is this department may be overdue.

Terrible selection of woodworking tools. What they do have is rock bottom quality. Their lumber and plywood is also really poor quality. Be ready to spend some time sorting through it to find the one good piece. Tried to buy a stair handrail and counted 15 scratched, dented or broken and 1 good one.

Who doesn't love Home Depot?? If you've been to one you've almost been to them all. Easy layout to navigate but I love using my Home Depot app to find exactly what I'm looking for. This one in particular doesn't offer tool rental, which is a bummer considering the limited options in town but other than that it's a great store! Plenty of lumber to choose from and it's rare to not be able to find what I need, plenty of other stores you end up having to order online. The nursery is my favorite part of the store, gorgeous flowers to choose from and bright sunshine coming through while you shop. The extra cashiers in the nursery are great as well so you don't have to cart all of your treasures back through the store.

OK for the prices alone and I've been in better locations where the customer service is better. I special ordered some flooring from them a while ago and when it finally came in (2 weeks later) it was 2 boxes short from what I ordered. Because of this I didn't even want to start the job knowing I wouldn't even be able to finish it until the other two boxes came in. I was told by their flooring dept that I would receive a call when it came in (approx another 2 weeks.) Well almost 3.5 weeks later I'm wondering where my flooring is so I call them and they inform me that my flooring has been in stock for almost 2 weeks. Thanks for the call back guys I appreciate it. This place is a last resort for me or if I happen to need something on a Sunday. Their are better places to go in town - Big R, Aces, Windsor Plywood and Johnson Madison to name a few. Give them a try first.

This is one of the best locations I've been to. The staff is very helpful and the store is never too crowded.

Super fantastic service! I asked one question about a ballast and the guy took over! He walked me to the right spot and looked through all of the ballasts for correct one. He knew what he was talking about and ended up finding one ballast to do the job of the two I was looking for. Thank you very much!
