The clients make this underpaid career worthwhile. I spent just about four years working here. The job is stressful at times, staff makes things much more difficult for you, and some management can make it difficult to get clear answers from or any questions answered at all. However, overall, I can say I actually enjoyed my time working here, and the clients were absolutely wonderful! I still connect with my clients even though I no longer work here, because they're the joy of the company.

QLC employees need to actually get to know client's strengths and weakness' speaking as one myself. Just because I'm quiet in the office doesn't mean I'm quiet in a work place. My brain processes slower, I may come off as witty but it doesn't mean I learn fast, I need a boss willing to take time with me but you don't even seem willing to look. I can look on Indeed just as much as you can. I assume the person knows who I'm talking to. Instead of looking down on disabled people willing to work, why not find their strengths and help them see them to get into the workforce instead of just keeping me where I'm at. Because another thing I don't like change such as work change.

Worked for them for a month. Brought the abuse and mistreatment to supervisor and was let go the next day they wouldn't tell me why. I was told it's gotten worse. Wound never reccomend

In my opinion I am VERY disappointed with this company. I firmly believe that they do not have the best interests for clients and staff. To prevent any issues with HIPPA Policies I will not discuss any of the specific acts carried out regarding specific clients here. Thank you for understanding.Quality Life Concepts is bias toward their employees and “play favorites” among staff. They have targeted and taken advantage of those who work hard and when the victim stand up for themselves they are met with threats and petty passive aggressive letters. It’s also been “rumored” (I have been told by an ex employee who witnessed this) that some of the upper management has used/been under the influence of recreational drugs while on shift and taking care of the clients.Please be wary when considering to work or use this company!

I absolutely love and quality life Concepts very caring great place to go if you need help finding a job they help you pound the pavement they help you with your resumes and they check on you after you get the job
