Booked the blood work through Jason health, made an appointment for 8:30 the next morning. Walked in at 8:20 was done by 8:35. Nice people, quick and efficient!

Great fascility BUT I was told I had a 5 to 10 min. Wait to talk to someone. The recording said10 to 20 min wait , I think. I waited on the phone for 1,5 hours listening over and over and over all about Quest. I drove feom Choteau to Great Falls listening to it and waited ten minutes as a walk in . Then someone answered the phone.😖Good luck !

My experience in the office was great. Communications from Quest are just right for me. I don't like he automated answering. I like to speak with a human being.

Nobody at the front desk and electronic sign in and a TV on telling you what to do. This just verified customer service is completely gone.

Do not bring children here. I wanted to let you know how incredibly unprofessional you are and the time you've wasted and the harm you caused my child. You should know that you have to use a butterfly needle for children. You jammed a huge needle in her arm in the wrong place and didn't even have the sense to wear gloves, wash your hands, provide hand sanitizer. She is still upset and her arm still hurts and we couldn't even get the testing done nor even an apology for your incompetence. After talking to you repeatedly to ensure you knew what you were doing and you do not. You should not be in business and I will be reporting you

Great professional facility! Fast, easy, never a wait or problem with finding a vein. I love the access to my lab reports going back many years, including my reports from another state, all easy to read and download.

I came in an hour ago to ask a question about having lab work done. I tried on line or by calling and I was never able to communicate with a person.There is a tech here, but no one at reception. In fact, the person working will not talk with me because appointments are coming in.I guess they are unwilling to see new patients or just Organ Transplant Patients who need regular blood work instead of drug screening.

My daughter scheduled an appt at 2 20pm. It has been 40 min later and she has not been called in. The computer system is not working as everyone has been waiting for longer than 1 hour.
