Store is filthy merchandise always all over the floor. Management has no pride of their store. It's like a dumping place.so why would I want to shop or support such a store.

Done my Christmas shopping at Ross Dress for Less, Great Falls, Montana. Friendly and welcoming staff. Just noticed that items on the clearance sections are not adjusted or price marked down. Seems that prices especially on Christmas season is going up. But anyway still love to go to this store to shop as we are not paying GST and it's still cheaper compare to what we are paying in Canada.

I’ll never shop here. Google what’s happening with Texas Roadhouse trying to open in Great Falls and what this Ross location has been doing. I don’t know why this hasn’t been reported or mentioned as much as it needs to be.

Great Prices:I found a few excellent deals! Ross is known for offering discounted prices, which can make shopping there a budget-friendly option for many.
The variety was somewhat picked through, I was able to find some valuable items. The thrill of the hunt can often lead to surprising finds, even when the selection seems limited.
Areas for Improvement:
Return Policy: the return policy, especially regarding shoes. A more flexible return or store credit policy could greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
The cashiers are really slow and it doesn’t matter how large the line up is there is only two tills that are very slow moving
Store Cleanliness: A clean and organized shopping environment is essential for a positive shopping experience. It sounds like the store could benefit from more regular cleaning and restocking to create a more inviting atmosphere.
Overall, while Ross has its strengths with great prices and potential finds, it would greatly benefit from addressing its return policy and cleanliness issues. Hopefully, the store can improve in these areas to enhance the shopping experience for all customers!

Poor customer service. They should be ashamed if themselves for discrimination to someone that is not white. Because I am Hispanic I am a drug addict fir returning one item after spending hundreds if dollars. Smh. Never going back, especially that manager with glasses, he should be ashamed of himself and the young female cashier. Shame on you both.
Update: Thanks to Heather and her concerns about my experience and addressing the issue. I updated the rating from 1 to 3. I will try again to shop at this location. Thank you Heather.

Staff deserve a 5, but 2/3s of the racks were empty. So disappointed because we traveled to Great Falls to go to Ross. Its 6 hour trip for us, and usually at Ross i spend upwards of $500 for the family. We spent $180.
