I have been with Russell Country since 2007. I have had zero complaints or issues and whenever I have a question or need assistance the staff is right on top of it. They usually have the best rates when loan and investment shopping. I feel as a whole this institution goes above and beyond for their members and community!

I have had a terrible experience with this Credit Union. I have was was baffled by the absolute disrespect and lack of willingness to help me in my situation. I was presented with a problem that was partially my fault and instead of coming up with some possible solutions, I was forced to come up with options on my own and shut down every time I requested help. This company is not for their customers. I have reached out to the CEO and hope to hear back! I will also be filing a complaint with the NCUA.

The process was extremely quick and easy. If they needed information, as soon as I provided it they were back to working on my loan! Kristyn was amazing and helped us every step of the way!

Great credit union to bank with,Michaelann made the loan process so much easier then we have ever had before. Moving all of our stuff to Russell country was so simple. Very pleased with our transition.

First you are forced to have an account if you have a loan, fine whatever. Then you are forced to change your password every 6 months, an inconvenience. Can't change your password while using the app you actually have to use a computer which is extremely inconvenient when you're always on the go and don't have a home computer. Once my auto loan is up I'm leaving Russell country Federal credit Union and will never return.

The customer service and rudeness was terrible. Iam closing my account once I can get the money they have lost. Iam sure this will not post since it is negative, but maybe the President of the bank will read it and at least investigate matters.
