usually the customer service is subpar and despite my usual quiet and polite demeanor, the staff seems to always recognize me, which is ok, but some mutual respect is needed badly there, anywho, lets see what today holds, and glad an acknowledgment of my written response by those unknowns portraying themselves in a diff light, the mobs stalking hopefully comes to a halt.

Thanks to the warm and friendly staff for not speaking up but participating and encouraging a bizarre phycological intimidation tactic that has occurred there each time I go to shop the past several months now. Although cleverly done to keep deniability, its the affects afterward they dont see thats heartbreaking. Never is anyone helpful or even courteous and yet I have no choice to go out and shop. Since whomever is behind this has no accountability with the employees silence, todays heightened humiliation goes beyond the visit to the store and can still be overheard and forced to endure in a private dwelling from people not knowing any boundaries of the law and should be considered a hate crime.

Really poor customer service in the case of trying to get someone to answer the phone I ordered a $2000.00 TV from Sam's club. You should see the poor, poor shipping detail after almost a month of waiting for delivery. The TV has been in shipment for weeks, no detail of where and was do today, but will be some time in the future. Payment is on the bill closing the 18th of this month. Good service? I think not.

The tire department is awful! First off, calling them is impossible because you get directed to a call center somewhere that keeps disconnecting you. Then, they refuse to fix a tire we bought from them them two months ago because it had a nail in it. Isn’t that the purpose of repair?! I will NEVER use or recommend SAMs to anyone. If we had a Costco I wouldn’t use SAMS at all!

We went in today and picked out an office chair. We bought the chair based on the display chair. We got home, and the display chair is NOT what they are selling. I did some research, and the display chair had been discontinued. YOUR DISPLAY PRODUCTS SHOULD BE WHAT YOU ARE SELLING!!!

I am totally disappointed with how this company encourages discrimination and culture favoritism at the local Great Falls Montana location. Due to the current virus situation the store was raped off the majority of goods, not speaking about toilet paper because that is a common item being hoarded all over, but all the other essential goods have been cleaned out, and then the manager who does the inventory and ordering does not know what they are doing or maybe does not know h

The new service desk at the front door totally blocked traffic have been waiting over 15 minutes to return a simple item. There are at least 10 people in line in front of me and maybe only one or two processed in the timeframe completely dysfunctional not customer oriented. Do not come on a weekend to return anything

Owned by the same people who own Walmart. Seriously could you get any worse on your customer service? The old man that stands at the exit door should pay attention to his only job instead of hacking with other employees who aren't doing their job. I don't care to wait around while The employees decide to finish up their conversation about what they had done the previous night.
