I recently had a most positive experience at the Great Falls Staples. I had two successive failures with an ASUS computer. They replaced the first one with no difficulty and the second had same issue shortly thereafter. Staples taking it back with refund and got a better HP to replace. The staff was friendly throughout, and bent over backwards to help. I couldn’t be happier with how it worked out.

5 stars for the employees, 4 stars for the store. Regrettably it’s a Staples in a medium size town, so they either have limited quantities or none at all of the items I have needed. However, the staff make up for all that and have always been second to none.

Customer service is excellent, but that's it. Their selection is minimal or non existent. Been in there on 3 separate occasions for three separate items and all 3 times they did not have what I was looking for. Dry earse calendars, blank fold over cards, and specific 🖊 pen. If Staples corporation wants to stay in business they need to step up on their selection of items, perhaps seek customers suggestions to better their future business.

I love the printing center! Amanda, Amber, Lyla are the BEST! For my small business they work with me, provide suggestions, and they all are seriously so nice! I have a lot of labels to print and they have my back every time. I try to give them as much notice as possible, but they even help when it's 24 hour crunch time, which make my life so much easier. Thank you so much to the whole team!!
