My elderly mother had an issue with an untethered iPhone she was trying to get service for. She thought she’d go to T-Mobile to see what they could do for her. She talked with the employee who asked her for certain information that she then gave. After some time, it didn’t work out and she left.A couple weeks later she received a bill from T-Mobile for an account she never had. She calls and was told to come speak to a manager and file a fraud complain. She did this, being told she’d get a callback. Some time later she gets a bill again saying it’s gone to collections. She calls again and is told to come talk to a manager. After the 3rd time she goes to the T-Mobile on 10th. The manager said it was just an accident and deleted it no problem but not without first being incredibly rude too my mother for being annoyed about this in the first place. Whoever the manager is on 10th, you shouldn’t get snotty with people for making you do your job.

Best service ever! I have been in many tmobiles. This by far was the best experience I have ever had. Gage was great customer support what he wasn't sure of he found the answer. The Manger was on top of it she was outstanding. Even when a senior came in to order a phone because he didn't have internet at home she got him on a computer and walked him through the process. I'm going to be honest I don't even know if it was business for them, but it was so kind I was blown away!. I dread going into a store because of long wait and what seems like a run around. Today changed that all hands down! I was sprint into tmobile and after today I would stay tmobile all the way! Thanks for being who you all were today!

The most important thing is the manager and sales representative who “helped” me out flat out lied to us. We had AT&T and we were looking to trim the bill and update phones. We just moved into the Fox Farm neighborhood where the manager and salesman said had decent service that was actively being upgraded. That’s the lie. We got 4 phones, two watches, and decided to try their internet. We’ve had it for 3-4 days and can’t use the internet at all because it randomly drops off completely for hours at a time. The phone service is horrible as well and I have to use LTE with roaming turned on. That’s what customer service had me do to be able to make a call on day 2. Again we were told decent service that was being upgraded and I found out from customer service that we’re too far from the nearest tower to even use the internet which bounces between 25 mbps and 4mbps. Then I also found out that the upgrade for my area is that a new tower is going to be put up in 9 months which means it’s going to be a year at least. I’ve had to call customer service twice in the 4 days since getting the service and the service I’m getting is the worst I’ve experienced in at least 15 years. I never should have switched. If you want T-mobile, don’t use this store unless you talk to T-mobile customer service first so you know the truth. Oh and on day three I got a bill for almost $200 more than the monthly bill should be and say 28 days early.

Inken was extremely thorough and helpful during our transition to adding a new phone line and phone to our plan. She explained everything in terms we could understand and was very patient with our questions. Absolute best customer service. Will definitely be recommending friends and family in the future thanks to her.

This place services fairly quick for a phone place i love their services they have service all the way up at the Canadian border where I work and data works great here

Dante, and the manager forgot her name was fantastic to help me get this all set up. It was a little bit confusing for of us, but they work through it with us, and I would highly highly recommend them to anybody else that’s out there. .Thanks!!!

Most of the employees are very good at managing crowds of people with only 2-4 employees there. They are alsp very patient when my family (not me lol) is being rude.
