So I went in to get highlights and an angled bob. I even showed picture examples! The high lights were oddly placed (chunky and in random places, no blend at all, like I asked and showed), and she gave me a regular bob, and the smell of smoke from her was masking me nauseous 😭
My thing is, she’s could’ve told me that she couldn’t do it rather than just doing it and not giving me what I wanted.

I started seeing Marci in June of 2023 after I had moved to the area. I had the same hair gal for 12 years so to trust someone new was very scary for me. Marci is amazing, not only with hair but she is awesome to chat away the hours with. The whole team there seems to care deeply about their clients and always have a happy disposition when I come in. If you are looking for a wonderful salon in Great Falls MT, The Runway Salon is where it is!!

I scheduled a last minute appointment with whoever was available because I really needed a hair cut. It was certainly one of the most interesting ways I've ever had my hair cut. I wouldn't say it was "bad" but it was a bit odd. I was extremely concerned about the evenness of my hair when I left. It's a little off but can work with it until my next cut.

My experience could’ve been worse, but also could’ve been a lot better. I didn’t really receive the cut I requested, and my hair was not styled after it was blow dried, which meant me leaving with crazy, frizzy hair. I was told there wasn’t time to style it because I didn’t inform them ahead of time that my hair is long and thick, but that has never been a problem with other salons.

I love the salon! I've gone on two separate occasions and both times I felt right at home. They are so kind and considerate. I loved that they took the time to understand what I wanted and went over the best way to make it happen. 10/10

Ella is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met and she did a great job on my haircut and color! I have a sensitive scalp so I usually leave the salon with a headache but Ella was so gentle and careful with my thick head of hair. She was easy to talk to, we chatted the entire time I was there. I will definitely be coming back to her in the future.❤️
