I went in to talk to the Estée Lauder associate and when I asked for the person I was told be other Ulta employees they didn’t know who I talking about. When I said I was looking for the specific person they were rude and dismissive.

I went in to buy some men’s Cologne and threw a soda away in one of the small trash cans because I did not see any others, after about 4 minutes, the clinique rep grabbed it out of the trash can and handed it back to me saying “I threw away your other piece of trash in the big trash can” why would you throw that away and not the other piece of trash?? I think she said something else too but she was very rude about it, and it spoiled the whole experience. This is why I don’t shop here. Sephora better fr I think she had dark hair but I don’t remember 7 / 13 / 25

Went in for one item that wasn’t on the shelf but said it was in stock online. The bald headed associate walked from the back room past me without asking if I needed help. I found another associate who was very friendly that helped me look for the item when the first associate interrupted us while I was getting recommendations from the associate. The product was located and the bald headed associate rudely held it out for me to get after I had to walk up to where they found it. I said thank you in which she gave a snide remark. Not the first time she’s given snide looks towards me and has never offered to help.

Normally, I love our Ulta. Service is usually quite good. Recently, I purchased Clinique products there. I used my rewards, but they wouldn't allow coupon use. Then they were out of the Clinique bonus they advertised in the store. No offer of alternate or rain check.
I can purchase from Clinique directly, get a sale/coupon, and a bonus. With online shopping, brick & mortar need to focus on service.

Incredibly rude about an eyeliner they put on clearance. Manager basically said nobody said what they just said to me after they just said it. While having an entire conversation about how they do not remember marking it down and the other cashier lied about ripping the sticker off. This was all done and said in front of other customers. I have never been gaslighted by a company before. Your employee ripped the price tag off, I did not. Just like you all marked it down, not me. Maybe choose your words more wisely next time, especially Maddy the manager. Thank you for embarrassing me.

I just want to leave feedback that in this day and age having limited hours for pick up is a major turn off. I thought it was perhaps temporary but this store does not offer them after 5. Which if I am getting off work and would like to pick up my order, I would like you to bring it to my car. Why does 10 min after affect it. Target and Walmart have no problems doing so, along with many other companies. You would think with the amount of markup on everything they sell they could afford to do this. Now I remember why I no longer like to shop at my local ulta.

I love this ULTA. They always take my money lol. Amazing service and staff I've never met a rude person there. The manager I think his name is Tim or Tom something with a T helped me on a return that was very complicated and he was able to get me the money back and because of that I always come back.
