I attended a Red Cross blood drive here recently. Everyone in the office was very accommodating and friendly. Todd Neighbor is the reason my business works with US Bank.

I have enjoyed my relationship with this bank for 10 years. The branch manager Todd Neighbor and his staff are friendly, prompt, and go the extra mile for customers. I am thrilled with their customer service!

I always choose the NW branch for my banking. I love the staff...they are all very professional, kind and knowledgeable. This is the best branch to go to.

I went through the drive through of US Bank today to make a deposit for my son. I did not have an account number. I was very rudely told by the teller "I can't make a deposit. You have to have an account number." I then advised her that I was just trying to make a deposit before he was charged a fee. I asked about their overdraft policy. This should be general information. She then said "Are you a customer of US Bank?" I explained that I was just asking for general information. She reluctantly provided this general information to me. I then called the branch and asked to speak to a teller supervisor. I explained the situation and how rudely I was treated. She went right into how they can't make deposits with out an account number. I told her that I understood that. She then transferred me to her boss. I then explained the situation to him. He went right into why they can't make deposits without an account number. This was not my question. He then provided me some useful information to provide my son. Neither of these people were concerned with how I was treated. From a customer service standpoint, this is incredibly concerning. I am not a customer of US Bank and, after this encounter, I am grateful for that.

All of the tellers are fantastic, except one. Deana Novesel is THE most petty individual I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If you can avoid her this branch is super, if not I feel for you.

I have never been treated with such pettiness as I was by Deana! I was in line to make a routine deposit into my business account and my personal account. Deana proceeded to tell me she couldn't accept my personal deposit (which I have successfully done every month for the past 4 years with every other teller) I said fine I'll go to a different branch to complete the deposit, which I did successfully. I returned to this branch to find out the name of this teller and let her know the other branch completed my transaction. She replied that she was going to call the other branch to have the transaction reversed. 2 minutes later I got a call from the downtown branch letting me know that the had reversed the deposit. Petty, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

This is my favorite location, especially because Todd neighbor is my banker. He is able to give some of the best financial information in the banking industry. He is especially helpful guiding me to the right person for my investments. Outstanding service, put them on your number one list for all of your banking needs.

Every person I've ever dealt with at this branch has treated me with respect and has pleasantly managed all of my transactions regardless of whether I was getting a roll of quarters, opening new credit accounts or discussing refinance options. My "go-to" bank that I trust for a great experience every time I walk in the door.
