The phone number is a joke-is not functional. ALWAYS get a busy signal. I have had a pack stuck there for 3 days. Came in on a Sunday morning and it's Wednesday afternoon-still no package. Poor customer service!

The carrier was supposed to bring my package on two days prior to arrival. The first day delay was due to weather (understandable). The second day was because of an "animal". Funny thing is, I don't have an animal, not do my neighbors, annnd I have cameras and at the time of the supposed animal sighting, we were home and there was no carrier in the area. Nice work though to come over 1.5 hours earlier and forget to drop off items but LIE about it to get off the hook.

So irritating that mail persons from this Great Falls post office will not deliver packages to resident if it will not fix in mailbox?? Why even load the truck with packages then?This has happened more than five times with my mail delivery! Pure laziness IMO. Of all the places I have lived, this is a first experience with such lazy inconsiderate mail deliveries Terrible!

So frustrated with the GF Post Office. Not only was our mail-person so lazy that we had to move our mailbox down off our front steps so he/she doesn't have to walk up 2 or 3 steps to reach it, but now I've not received mail that I was supposed to have received nearly 2 weeks ago. The tracking states delivered on one, but NOTHING, and the other states that it arrived in Colorado Springs on 8/27 and just left Colorado Springs 9/2. Why the HELLO did it go to Colorado Springs in the first place? It's a local mailing, within the same town!!! I actually wish I could take the 1 star away and give 0 stars.

This is a postal location for use of the drop off mailbox only. Pick up times on the drive-up mailbox are Monday - Saturday at 7pm. The postal workers can empty the box later than that, but for the safest bet, get your mail in before 7pm. The building is fenced off for authorized vehicles only. The mailbox doesn't take the small flat rate boxes so plan on taking packages larger than a padded envelope to the post office downtown or have your carrier pick it up.

Why is it impossible to find what the last pick up times are at each mailbox? Nothing more frustrating than running to the mailbox and missing the pick up.

i am visiting from Louisiana and I found this post office quick and friendly, yes there was a long line it's Christmas season however there was a set up person there to take packages if you were all ready he was friendly and speedy there was also a do it yourself station! And this is coming from a very impatient person. Thanks Great Falls for the speedy service and also our daughter uses this Post office instead of the on Base post office !

I frequently have awful experiences every time I come in. I'm a business owner and rely on having my items shipping with accuracy and reliability. This place isn't reliable at all though. The staff is always very rude and unhelpful. I've had a few causes where they sent the item to the wrong address. Also, on a few occasions, they gave me different shipping then what I asked for thus killing my profit margins for my items. For example, I had an item that I wanted to ship first class. The envelope that I had it in was incorrectly packaged (it didn't have the bump). So instead of giving it to me first class (about $2.90), they instead forced me to ship it for $8.00. They refused to let me open it up and add the bump and wasn't giving me my package back. Very rude and unhelpful. Their price scheme is a nightmare as well. Think you can ship it first class? Haha, probably not unless you've been ran through their silliness enough times and can jump through their hoops. If you're going to ship any large-ish item, use UPS or Fedex. Much better quality and reliability then these fools. 1 Star. Awful Service Awful Pricing Awful Reliablity Just Awful

why have a phone number listed if no one answers it ? Does the Black Eagle PO count as a PO ?, no mention of it on the website
