“We have been traveling for 3 weeks, from Alberta Canada to southern Alabama, and many points between. Stayed at almost exclusively IHG properties, and all have been very good. Last night in the US and we stay here. What a welcoming hotel! Christmas decorations, crazy friendly, super clean, and an unbelievable breakfast selection! Have been here before, and will be back for sure!”

“I took my grandson to the BenchMark sponsored quiet fair for special needs children and families. He LOVED it!! There was little to no music and only the kiddie rides were going. It was fairly quiet to avoid overstimulating the little ones and they got to experience the fair with their loved ones with them and feeling secure with the rides. The staff was amazing and warm and friendly. The snacks provided were great and thank you to Benchmark and the fair owner for donating the rides and the games and foe accommodating the little ones needs. You all are AMAZING. I look forward to this event in future years and watching my grand baby grow and thrive as he gets to experience the fair like everyone else. Thank you for making this happen and helping g the kids and families have fun together”

“Threw a farewell party here a couple weeks back. Rented bowling lanes, the upstairs lounge/dining areas and table cloths. Glen and his team were over-the-top exceptional in assisting with everything. Perfect place for large gatherings when you need places to bowl, lounge, cater and present from a stage.”

“We enjoy coming to Great Falls for a weekend or so, but My family and I had numerous negative encounters with a girl named Melissa. I don’t understand why she was so fricken rude and unfriendly toward my family.. knocking on our doors to be quiet knowingly I have my grand children. There were other families here but she chose to target me and mine. Her front desk skills are lacking professionalism and rudeness. I would Not recommend to stay here as long as she is working here. This is suppose to be a family friendly environment. I do, however appreciate the two men that helped me through out the weekend. They were and are so helpful and very professional. Not sure of their names I think one name I remember is Joe bc that’s my son’s name. Melissa is a rude unprofessional person!!!”
