Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The crew at this store is absolutely amazing. I spent about 5 hours in there working with Landon to transfer personal account to a business. These guys were light hearted and cracking jokes like we were old friends while they worked diligently to get me set up.
I can't believe what a process it is to make that change, but Landon worked the ENTIRE time progressing me through the process without much undue downtime. He also helped me lower our monthly bill while getting 2 new phones and adding an Ipad to the account!!
These guys are ROCKSTARS and deserve a raise!

Chris is amazing! Helped get our promotion that was never credited to our account. And made sure we were taken care of when on the phone with cooperate! Will always ask for him whenever we go in. Thanks Chris!

Your auto answer sucks. This code that code verify nonsense. I gave the persons name and the store he is at and all I got was enter this code verify that code. In a sentence take your AI help and flush it. A real person answering the phone can/could have directed the call with less aggravation and frustration

When you switched over to their company and they give you a free Samsung phone the reason why they give you a Samsung phone is because they don’t have the greatest service in Great Falls and they’re trying to make you spend more money by upgrading and getting a new phone, which will cost you more money Than to stay at your original phone company

My mom thought she was having issues with her phone so we went to
talk to somebody to see if they could help. It had nothing to
so with her phone (just resetting passwords on her end) but they were SO nice to my mom and SO patient with her. Thank you for your kindness and laughing with our silly mistake!
