“Top notch work. Brought in my transmission from my 96 corvette to be rebuilt. They rebuilt it with upgraded parts at a better price than most of the shops I called. 9 day turn around including the weekend, which is great. Got it back installed and finished up yesterday and the car drives amazingly, firm shifts, smooth engagement, especially with that amsoil synthetic in it. “Carfax asked me to write a review of my recent service and I decided to extend my review. I've been using Rods Auto for over 8 years! I will not go anywhere else! Even if it means I have to wait a week or more to get my car in..during busy season. They are always straight forward and honest. They don't try and nickel and dime you to death or lie about other services that need done. Have heard horror stories from people over the years how there are those auto shops that are dishonest. They don't push anything on you unless it's needed or they recommend it. They are fast and efficient as well. Many times Ive had my car dropped off the night before for servicing in the A.M and have received a call before noon that my car is ready for pickup! Have always left a satisfied happy customer! Never have I had to take my vehicle back due to them not fixing or handling the problem properly the first time! My parents use Rods as well, and between 2 people they own 4 vehicles.
And my dad never once has had a negative thing to say. Highly recommend!”

We feel middle ground about our experience at s&s. We had a 2012 Suzuki with front damage. In our area, it's very difficult to come by the Suzuki parts. So we agreed to get used parts so our vehicle would not need to be totaled because of the cost of all new Suzuki parts. It took nine months total. 2 months in the shop off and on. Would have been nice the one month the Suzuki was not being worked on if s&s would have notified us. So I could have had our vehicle for that month. They gave us a gift card for $100 to the local grocery store. It was really nice of them. Anyways overall was an okay experience. If a Suzuki, just total it instead of waiting on (new or used) parts to arrive at the autobody shop. Thanks.”

“We have been customers for over 20 years. Mostly tires, but have had two trucks lifted, as well as airbag installation for our truck and camper and other services. We have nothing but good to say about Tire Rama. Since 2022, we have had two electric trucks, which are more difficult to deal with, since the position of their batteries requires special care in jacking and setting them up for tire installation and rotation. They have happily accommodated us, despite the extra effort and care required. All employees have been friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented
