I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this particular autozone. Not a single time I have ordered from them my part was correct. This store turns 30 minute jobs into week long projects wouldn't recommend. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

The worst service I've ever had. I have a warranty on a battery and the car was shutting off. When I decided to change it, they decided that they thought the battery was good and I couldn't change it.

Car parts, my least favorite thing to shop for, however AutoZone always has the items I need and usually in stock and they are in general very helpful. They couldn’t turn off my engine light, insurance reasons for them, drove down the street to a mechanic, told him I forgot to reset when I changed the injectors, two seconds later engine light gone & hasn’t come back on.

The 2 guys in the store were awesome to work with,I was 1200 miles from home and my alternator quit, they found me a new one,I changed it in the parking lot and back on my home in less than hour. Keep up the good work guys!

It’s a standard Auto Zone, the employees are very helpful and they 99%of the time have what I need plus they do have the ability to order items and usually haven them in within a week.

Every part needs special ordered anymore with overly long delivery date, and even when they are special ordered they come broken and never examined by employees. I've ordered 3 clutch kits from them, with the first not even being ordered. And the 2 after that both clutch discs came broken and missing the required installation parts. Might help if they deny parts that the box looks like its been ran over and taped up. Sadly this location is in the dump, there's only 1 or 2 employees that know anything about automotive repair and parts. Thankfully there's a local napa that goes out of their way to insure you get quality parts that are inspected. Will never order parts thru this location again. Save the hassle and go to napa.

The last 3 times I've come in to buy parts, every part needs to be special ordered, and they couldn't give me a correct arrival date to save their lives. Was expected same day at 4pm, that was 4 days ago, none of the employees know where it went or why it wasn't ordered. For a parts store, autozone is for sure failing miserably. I will be ordering my parts online from now on. Same wait time for a cheaper price.
