I was using Walgreens, it was horrible. They never had my prescriptions ready.. always were so rude to me, so I switched to BD. I have been treated like iam important, and so kind. My prescriptions are always ready in minutes! ?

The folks at Bitterroot Drugs do an awesome job. I can’t imagine wanting to use Walgreens or Walmart unless you have to. They are professional, helpful beyond belief and I’m proud to support a homegrown business. Thank you!

Nice friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists, compound services. They are also well informed on different programs that may help you if your insurance wont cover you. Offer walk in immunization. The store is nice and vintage, full of fun unique gift ideas and basic health supplements. Nice to shop at a pharmacy that isn't a cold super chain. Supporting local is easy here.

They keep giving me medication I'm allergic to. 3 times now. I inform them every time I go in, to exchange said medication. I guess for my safety I will find a new pharmacy. Please check your meds, this could be a deadly mistake on their part.

My mother switched to this pharmacy ages ago because they have free delivery and she's been on me to do so ever since. Turns out she was right. They have far more professional service than other pharmacies in town, they are quick, and they do deliver. I do get myself in more trouble here because they have a cute little store with tons of things, but at least I can get any prescriptions the same day.

Bitterroot Drug has been a leader in this community for years. I’m so grateful to them for setting up vaccination clinics for the adults and youth of Hamilton and the Bitterroot Valley. They will always have my support.
