I’ve taken two vehicles here for 3 different rounds of body work and will continue to do so when needed. They also rent U-haul equipment which I have taken advantage of. In all transactions I felt I was treated kindly, honestly, and with their appreciation as a customer.

We feel middle ground about our experience at s&s. We had a 2012 Suzuki with front damage. In our area, it's very difficult to come by the Suzuki parts. So we agreed to get used parts so our vehicle would not need to be totaled because of the cost of all new Suzuki parts. It took nine months total. 2 months in the shop off and on. Would have been nice the one month the Suzuki was not being worked on if s&s would have notified us. So I could have had our vehicle for that month. They gave us a gift card for $100 to the local grocery store. It was really nice of them. Anyways overall was an okay experience. If a Suzuki, just total it instead of waiting on (new or used) parts to arrive at the autobody shop. Thanks.”
