We have been long time customers of Les Schwab in Hamilton purchasing dozens of set of tires here, as my former 5 star review from 8 years ago in parenthesis below suggests. Unfortunately more recently we have had a series of bad experiences with this business. Most recently, they performed an alignment on a nearly new truck for us, which was not done correctly. When we immediately returned to Les Schwab with questions about the obvious problem, we were told they couldn't fix it and the vehicle had to be taken back to the dealership for repair. The dealership advised us that the service at Les Schwab was faulty and they needed to correct it, so we went back. They reluctantly corrected error, but even after fixing the problem, tried to blame the problem they created on my son. This seems to be a trend as other family members have also had recent bad experiences here, so we will reluctanltly be taking our future business elsewhere. (We have used Les Schwab Tire Center in Hamilton for several sets of tires as well as other service needs. They are exceedingly helpful, quick and professional. I would also point out this business is locally owned and is very active in supporting our community and its kids. We will continue to support this business as long as we live in Hamilton!)

Les Schwab Tire in Hamilton, Montana, is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never noticed them being more expensive than other shops in the valley. When it comes to tires and steering components, they’re fast and efficient — they get the job done right. Highly recommend!

I was in a terrible bind having a dead battery and didn't know what to do until my dad called them up. They got me in right away, installed the new battery, and I didn't have to pay right away, which was a huge relief since I had no money, and the best part was the friendliness of all the staff members. I recommend les schwab to anyone. Thank you!
