Called cell phone several times left messages sent text messages NO response from the owner, Susie.Driver told us two days in a row he would be there but didn't show until the third day. Lost 2 days of work. We moved from Montana to Texas very frustrating.

My husband had a delivery in Hamilton, coming from Southern California and we needed some delivery assistance and the Merchants office team was very accommodating with the schedule, gave us tips on how to get into the town and the Merchants' moving crew was polite and helpful working to meet our delivery time. Great experience!
