Joe and Levi worked on the issue for a couple hours until we were able to get the number transferred and get service on their network. Great customer service!”

“My husband and I had the best Verizon experience we’ve ever had with Siena! She was incredibly nice and efficient. What I loved most is that it didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell us on everything. I even asked her about a bigger (more expensive) Verizon plan. She was honest and said it wouldn’t benefit us and that the lower plan would be just as good for our needs.
