Lifetime warranty means you need to keep their paper receipts for the lifetime of the part because it’s 2024 and not every business is on a computer network. Part failed in 3 months and now I’m eating the cost.

My elderly neighbor went there to get her car battery check. They said needed new one. She said ok. BUT they would not replace it for her. She had to do it. Liability reasons??? She can’t do it. Had to tilt my head when I heard her tell me this over the phone in her shaky, confused voice. I told her to bring it home and I would switch it out for her. Then she will have to take the old battery back for the core charge refund. I hope the employees at Napa go out to her car and get her old battery for her. I will not shop there ever again. What ever happened to customer service????

As with anything in Hamilton, it will cost a bundle. So be prepared. I could of saved $75 if I could of gotten to Missoula. But when your car is dead there is very little choice. I hope they enjoyed the price they charged as I will never get anything again from Napa.

Needed to to return battery next day because it wouldn’t hold charge. The manager told me they would charge it and to get back with him on Friday to pick the battery up, I went in on Saturday with receipt in hand yet refused to acknowledge the stores return policy. Was quite inconvenienced the rest of the week.

I bit disappointed with the Hamilton location due to lack of customer acknowledgement and stock on shelves. Was in one isle for at least 8mins before walking to the register (where all else were gathered)to ask for assistance.Store not crowded with one other shopper in store.May go back some other time to see if all is same same or changed.
