The manager was super friendly always returned my phone calls and after 15 months of storing our belongings was wonderful about cancelling our contract. “My husband had a delivery in Hamilton, coming from Southern California and we needed some delivery assistance and the Merchants office team was very accommodating with the schedule, gave us tips on how to get into the town and the Merchants' moving crew was polite and helpful working to meet our delivery time. “I have lived at Black Rabbit RV Park for a while and have been through several Park managers. The current manager Rebecca has been a BIG Asset for the park. I would have never given a five star rating in the past, but I must now for such a pleasant and much awaited stay. The park has an updated look and has a peaceful atmosphere since Rebecca has taken over as the park manager. She has worked very hard both physically and mentally to obtain a higher standard for the guest and residences of the park. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.”
“Upon coming into the storages on old Corvallis Road in HAMILTON. It was kind of nice. The place is laid out, so clean and roomy like you’re not driving through tight roadsto get to a storage building you can really drive through the place and maneuver your car or truck that is really nice.I really like that part, and the two people who work in the storage place are very nice and it’s so awesome when you come in there’s candy on the counter candy was pretty yummy” and it’s nice to see that it’s decorated so Welcoming and not so drab and empty , the gentleman Chris he was super nice very helpful a real go-getter and the young lady there. She’s so pretty very stylish to work in a storage place, but very knowledgeable and so polite and very helpful , I’m really glad that I visited the storages and came in very nice place I tell you it’s about the nicest cleanest storage buildings I’ve ever come across Storages of America, really laid it out perfectly in my opinion. , and the prices are very reasonable to in this day and time in our world of economics .
