Great local bank to work with! The staff is friendly and always eager to help with anything. It is nice to be able to call or stop by and have someone actually answer the phone or be present to help resolve issues. Will certainly continue to take my business to TrailWest Bank!

A relitively friendly staff. Went to do a simple name change for a non profit account. It took 59 minutes and now I need to go back because some things were missed. What should have taken 10 minutes has turnes into almost 2 hours. As we were there I saw several people stand around for up to 10 minutes waiting for someones attention.
