The team is amazing! Every time I walk in the door I feel like I'm being me by my best friends!!! The service they provide is always exceptional. Truthfully, I don't have the words to adequately describe how great the team is in this store. I'm so glad we chose to have all of our mail services be delivered to this store. I go in every day and every day my day is made better and brighter by this incredible people!

Rude employee. I stopped in to send a package via UPS. I mentioned that I would like the Triple AAA discount applied. He snapped at me and said that there isn’t a AAA discount. I proceeded to tell him that there is and it is 5%. He continued to argue with me. He typed it in the system and the discount was there. No apology. Very rude.

Hamilton MT UPS Store provides good service and is conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and professional. Tawny is a very professional and friendly employee and I really enjoy when I see her. She is very helpful and I appreciate her happy nature.

These are often small business owned and without fail, no matter which store I visit, the service is awesome. Employees are kind and helpful. I only use USPS if I can’t get to the UPS store. I do not ship FedEx.
