After banking everywhere, only US Bank seems to make banking easier and more pleasant, and this particular branch in Hamilton is among the VERY BEST in my experience.

Sign on the door says 9am, I’ve been here since 8:30 to get in, at 9 Stephanie comes to the door and says they open at 9:30 and that I’d have to make an appt to even deal with anyone. Bank literally has 5 people working, no one here, and they can’t help one customer. Freaking ridiculous.

Honestly, this branch is never open and NEVER answers the phone when I call. It’s absolutely unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service should be #1 but it’s definitely not. It needs to change or I won’t be a customer any longer and I certainly won’t recommend this bank. DO SOMETHING!!!

While traveling, we found need to transfer funds into another account. We didn’t have checks with us but a super customer service rep, Gladys, was very patient & helpful. USBank always provides great service imo ?

Left my card in the ATM, was told if that because I hadn't picked it up by a certain day...(due to being out of town for the holidays, also a day no one made me aware of) that they DESTROYED (the word they used) my card. Yay! Now I can't pay my electric bill. Thanks US Bank!

This is a small branch. I went in for the first time to open an account and Shelley (assistant branch manager) Was very nice and helpful! It's a simple branch, nothing fancy. But it's great for people who travel and need on the road banking access since they are located in most regions.

Not a friendly branch, not an effective manager, you will feel like Alice in Wonderland here and Ed Luoma is rather sexist and overbearing..... not good service. Find a hometown bank when in Hamilton. Go to Farmers State or Trail's West! Make you wait even with an appointment, give you problems and headaches. Ughh- not a good place to bank! Can't count....
