Valley Bicycles & Ski is a delightful and friendly full-service cycle shop. The owners are super helpful, knowledgeable, family-friendly, and highly involved in the local trails. They are kind, honest, and competent. The shop offers Nordic ski rentals, including classic and skate skis, with great nearby cross-country options. While the stock of new bikes is very limited, they have a pretty impressive stock of bike accessories. The place can be a little messy, but the wonderful service is easy to overlook. They provide efficient repairs and honest consultations, going above and beyond to help customers. They are highly recommended.
Super helpful and friendly owners. We rented Nordic skis (they have classic and skate available, and are the only option in town!) for $30 a day, and you can return the skis out of hours. Great XC options nearby at Lake Como, Chief Joseph, or Stevensville.
