Worst phone service I've ever had the non pleasure of experiencing people save yourself do not go with Verizon they will rob the next 3 years and few thousand dollars of your life for nothing but a contract everything else is complete garbage my son's iPad fell apart and crumbled within 2 weeks of getting it the 9th generation garbage my phone terrible reception! Let's just all pray that Verizon gets dinged up in something where they have to close their business and all of us will be free let off the hook of the evil which is Verizon slaving us! Everybody should go with a different service do not go with Verizon I personally going to go back to Straight Talk is soon as possible $55 a month unlimited Verizon was even charging me for Hotspot that comes free just like everything else was straight talk Straight Talk also has the best reception I hate Verizon and I'm just going to keep posting bad reviews until they stop robbing me!! Hey Verizon.. FU!!

They add insurance to peoples phones without their knowledge… double check to what you are actually paying for.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I can't help it. This store has gotten so bad that I am compelled to write. Went to location this evening as my phone had an issue. The posted hours state they close at 7:00 I have arrived at 6:00. I go to the door and it is locked. Lights are on so I knock and look in the window. I see a young lady sitting at a computer. She looks at me in the window, sneers and goes back to her computer. She completely ignored me. Also, I have gone in 2 additional times with phone issues and was told flat out that I couldn't be helped and that I needed to go to Missoula. I barely get my service issue out of my mouth and I am immediately told they can't help. This store is a waste of your time. Save yourself the loads of irritation and frustration and go down to the Verizon behind Subway. They are under new ownership and are super helpful. I walked in after my bad Verizon experience into a room with 3 attendants welcoming me in and asking what they can do to help? My issue was fixed in 5 minutes and I was out the door. Outstanding!

Are they open or closed? Are they out to lunch at a variety of times whether that could be 2:30pm? 3:30pm? 4:30pm? Are the lights on during open hours but the door is locked? Does the sign say open but the lights are off and no one is there? If you call when the lights are on during open hours does the business line just ring and ring and ring? Will you be the first person to try the door and find it locked or will you be the second? Third? Fourth in a row? Buyer beware, you may not be able to buy anything at all.

This store used to be top-notch but has taken a serious turn for the worst. You would think that management could attempt the simple task of helping someone pay their pre-paid service but here at Russell Cellular that seems to be a tough task. I find it extremely disrespectful that once a customer reaches a certain age they are treated as if they are unintelligent or a burden. When my Grandmother came in to pay her bill like she has a million times before, she was met with total impertinence. When the service wasn't completed by Verizon staff, and her phone service was interrupted she returned in hopes that she would receive some help. This didn't happen, and in fact she left in tears. My grandmother is a working citizen here in Hamilton, and has been in customer service for most of her life. The fact that your store targets and discriminates against customers once they reach a certain age is appalling. She is 64, and capable of being treated as a human-being. I know this to be true because I witnessed it for years, and years. Through many employees, owners and management. [email protected]) My advice for anyone shopping here is don't leave your phone unattended, request that they make notes on your account, keep your receipts, and don't let your loved ones shop here alone. You would be better off going to a corporate store in Missoula, and be sure not to mistake their indirect store next to McKenzie River for a corporate. Corporates are located next to Lowe's, and in the Mall. Due to my respect for their District Manager Jon Medin, I will leave certain details out. A nightmare! They have been porting my number for over 48 hours and are now telling me it will be another 48 hours. I called customer service and they said there isn't even a work order submitted for the port. I use my phone for work and haven't been able to work this entire time. Cant even access email because Gmail needs to send a verification to a phone number. Online chat can't help because the store has my number in "limbo". The staff at this store, and the customer service has been a TERRIBLE experience. The manager yelled at me because I was upset that I was lied to about the actual price of the plans. An $80 plan really turns out to be $126 with all their HIDDEN FEES. The lack of training at this store makes the employees appear incapable and unintelligent. Which is a direct reflection of Verizon as a company. They need to train employees to perform tasks, not scam customers. I called the port line myself and had my number ported in 20 mins. Something the store was taking days to do. The staff in this store told me I would still be able to retrieve text messages missed while my number was porting. That was false. All they did for me was waive a $35 activation fee. How courteous considering I activated it myself. I can't believe they even charge an activation fee when switching carriers! But it makes sense because there are hidden fees everywhere at this store! Nickle and dime you to death but can't even port over a phone number in a timely manner! Prices should be black and white. QUIT RIPPING OFF YOUR CONSUMERS! Learn your actual jobs! And if you don't know something, don't pretend you do!

I was pretty disappointed to be helped today by an employee that paid more attention to visiting with her coworker than helping us get a new phone. Clothing was completely unprofessional, super low low cut top and see through pants with no underwear. Maybe I'm old school but customer service and professionalism have gone way down hill. :(
