“I have used the Valley pet clinic for nearly 9 years with my current Labrador retriever and then a number of years back with my first one. They’ve always been kind and understanding. Most recently, my dog, Johnnie had a tumor removed and I needed to go get the mini metal stitches removed. A very young new female employee helped and was exceptionally competent. This was the first time she saw my dog, but did everything properly And was very polite. She must’ve known my dog while exceptionally friendly tended to be hyper and wanted to meet all other dogs in the waiting room so without my saying anything said, I’ll meet you at the side door. She did and when we were done, that is how we left”

“Dr. Gleason does most of our AI work on our mares and studs. He and his staff do a great job with them. He also treats many of our lameness and health issues and goes above and beyond trying to solve the issue. The entire staff is professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Gleason and his staff at Tammany Vet Clinic.”

“When my puppy broke her leg she had never been to willow mountain, but it was the closest place so I rushed her there. They opened the door for us no questions asked. When my senior dog was dying of old age, they got us in to end her suffering right away. They did the same for my cat. Just today I saw a post about a dog that had been hit by a car. Owner hadn’t been found yet but of course they took the dog in immediately. Many vets are not this way. I never heard one complaint about squeezing in another client, having to readjust the schedule, or take on extra work. I’m sure that sometimes means you have to stay later than planned or work through your lunch break. It can’t be easy and I know that when I’m emotionally distracted by the situation, I don’t remember to properly show my gratitude for what you do. So from the bottom of my heart, Thank you for being so compassionate and helping comfort our animals and their owners when we need someone the most. Our community is blessed to have such a wonderful Vet and staff looking out for our critters.”
