Went in to get passport photos for myself and 2-year-old. They were serving another customer getting her passport photos, and when finished, immediately turned to assist us. The entire process took 15 minutes and the customers who were there helped me get my antsy toddler to look at the camera to complete the task.This was a moment of community support that I was very grateful to have.The employee who helped us was courteous and efficient. He let us assist in the photo selection process and we left happy!

Great selection and prices but the older women cashier with glasses was rude and condescending to the person ahead of me when they were having troubles with their card there was absolutely no reason for her attitude and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth

One of the girls with glasses who runs the register is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met! She got about an inch away from my fiancés face telling him to read the fine print when all we had was a simple question about pricing! I can’t believe they treat customers like this. I’m sitting there with a baby just appalled at how crazy the employee went over a question! She should be ashamed to treat someone that way! Even if she is on her period it’s still unacceptable. I’ve learned to keep my emotions under control that lady would be wise to do the same. Rude and not helpful staff. Let alone she immediately turned to her coworker and started bad mouthing us as we walked away! I would be embarrassed as a manager to have an employee like that.

Pain meds for my Wife after back surgery. Provided prescription & ID, staff must have noted pain med & from a surgeon and said "10 minutes". Came back after taking my Wife home - no med... Came back next day, no med, not approved... Then why did you say 10 minutes? "That wasn't me" Who was it? "I don't know" (trust me, there is a schedule available the staff doesn't just show up when they want) This person's badge was on backwards. So I asked to see it. Flipped it over and even more quickly flipped it back (why?) Tiffany (sp?). Suggestion to anyone going here, record the conversations on your phone, also get the person's name and also say it. Also state date and time on the recording. This is the worst Walgreens. Seriously record everything, even if it is just on paper. Both my Wife and I earned master's degrees in healthcare and both worked in healthcare.

The retail store is great, just like any Walgreens. They usually have things in stock and it's great to have this store in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lines are long sometimes. I'm not sure how people can fill a grocery shopping cart at a Walgreens but that's not a problem with the store, just a fyi. I did drop an old disposable camera off to be developed 6+months ago and haven't heard back. They said it would take a while so maybe it's still coming. The pharmacy on the other hand is shockingly terrible. On multiple occasions, I get a message in the app that my prescription is delayed and I've waited up to 1 week and then called for an update. I've been told that: they don't use the app, they don't know how the app works, that reasons for my prescriptions being delayed are it isn't covered by my insurance (not true), it needs a preauth (not true), then that it is covered but it's not FDA approved (?? These are basic scripts), also just the general "oh idk what happened or why it was delayed". You could be waiting on important meds for over a week for no reason. It ...is baffling. I love Walgreens but I switched to a local pharmacy in the area for my prescriptions. I don't have any problems at other pharmacies so I don't think any of the issues I've seen with Walgreens are valid.

I’ve picked up prescriptions regularly from this establishment from the last 2 years and have never had issues with price or delivery. For those who have had problems picking up prescriptions here I suspect it could be a health insurance related issue on your end. The staff are super nice and helpful, and I always feel welcome and relaxed when shopping at this establishment.

Horrible customer service. They will lie to in the drive through telling u 15 to 20 mins then when u come back 20 mins later they will tell you it'll be another 15 to 20 mins ,

Walls are not green. 1 star!(Below are two photos, One of What I expected to see and one of what I actually saw it is pretty shameful tbh). But the service and employees are great so you know that adds some stars or something.
