“Definitely the person to go to when having car trouble. Solo female traveller & woman of color & felt I was treated fairly (not taken advantage of because of my ignorance of car things/being a woman) … ? recommend Daniel / mobile mechanic.My car failed me in the middle of nowhere (Chester, MT) on my way to Glacier NP.Googled shops & found Daniel (mobile mechanic). Called at 6am on a Sunday and he picked up. Drove an hr to me and tried to help. The call was for a starter that was done for.. he drove to another place to find one and installed it and my car turned on… unfortunately, my engine started knocking..he Worked many hrs late into the night & even when it started raining he didn’t abandon me… but my engine was done for regardless. He was very sympathetic and compassionate.(He did give me options regarding replacing the motor but it was not worth it to me. However, had it been I would’ve trusted Daniel to perform the required work)He also Helped me get to a “ real “ town the next day & helped me get stuff at Walmart. He did way more than he needed to & give up much of his time to assist me. Definitely a skilled mechanic with a heart.I don’t plan on being back in Montana (drove from Ohio) but if anyone needs a mechanic I’d recommend Daniel who is trustworthy, was fair in pricing, kind & efficient.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”
