They are thorough and don't just do a drain 'n' fill oil change without inspecting the car and providing a list of recommended services. A week later, took the car back for those maintenance items and they had all necessary parts on hand, so everything was done in a timely manner. Coffee and a surprisingly eclectic magazine assortment are provided. The former Toyota showroom is tastefully decorated with automobilia from the 70's & 80's and features ceramic art pieces and carefully tended live plants. Will definitely have Badlands do maintenance and repairs in future. Highly recommended.”
