Just awful! Dirty, too expensive to be treated like cattle. Waiting to see this so called vet that can’t even get a diagnosis right let alone communicate an autopsy that was overcharged many times for no good reason let alone just a card that was ripped up for communication while leaving you to sit and wait for an hour with not even so much as a hello for a letter of support for the untimely death of not one animal, but three, they still cannot adequately diagnose let alone give a support letter for their lack of diagnosis to Mold. Still waiting but won’t be back to abused by their lack of adequate communication with front desk, or anything at all just that it’s illegal not to take a vaccine multiple times in a lifetime. That’s all they seem to do? Waiting again for their so called service. Won’t hold my breath!

Staff is very friendly and kind, but the cost of services is absolutely absurd. In trying to schedule a spay appointment for my cat, I was told I needed an intake appointment, which is something I have never heard of a vet doing in my life. I arrive to the appointment, they look at my cat for a maximum of 5 minutes, give her vaccines (getting the vaccinations did not cost any extra), and send me on my way. This appointment cost me $125. Note that the only services rendered were looking at the cat for five or fewer minutes and vaccines (which again, were no additional cost either way). They provided me a quote to get my cat spayed, and the cost was between $400 and $1000, which is even more ridiculous than the cost of the intake appointment. I highly recommend you take your pet to another vet who will provide equal (or better) quality care for far more reasonable prices.

From boarding for a weekend to crossing the rainbow bridge the team at Alpine made me feel so seen and comfortable with my kitty’s needs at different life stages. I adopted my senior kitty knowing I would be a frequent flyer at a vet and I’m so glad it was Alpine. Dr Janitell is so good at what she does and how she cares for creatures ?

Today we had to put our ruger down and the staff here, like always, gave us the best service. We came in on a Sunday and used their emergency services and they were so welcoming. They treated our ruger like their own and the tech at the front desk even babysat our two year old while we were beside our baby. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed us today. One of the main reasons we use our office.

The vets and techs are wonderful. They make sure my dogs are comfortable and they are very reassuring to them.

The care my animals have received at Alpine has always been great - I've taken both dogs and cats. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but can't because of scheduling/communication issues between vet techs and front reception staff. I took two new kittens in for all their shots (3 series) and the first two times I told the vet my only concern was that I wanted to make sure they got on the schedule for their sterilization so they were fixed not long after their third series of shots - sometime in December. Each time I was assured scheduling wasn't very far out, that I could schedule at the third shot appt. However, that third shot appt came, I went to schedule for them and yep, you guessed it - they were booked out til end of January/early February. So instead of just a couple week wait, we are now looking at 8+ weeks. I understand the reception staff doesn't make the rules, but some communication between the vets/techs and reception staff to know what scheduling looks like would help a ton - could have avoided this situation completely - as had, I known, I would have scheduled them back in October.

Alpine Animal clinic has been a great provider to me and my pup for years. We trust Alpine for little things, like tummy problems and routine care/vaccinations, and for big things like injuries, illnesses, dental care, and boarding. I’ve consistently found the staff to be incredibly compassionate and diligent with their fur patients.

our pup had such overwhelming dental problems, but Dr. Janitell took care of the surgery and decision-making like the PRO that she is. Lumi is so much better and recovering well. Thank you Dr. Janitell!!

After years of taking my animals to Alpine Animal Clinic, I was four minutes late to an appointment and they turned me away. They were extremely rude and I’m grateful to have found another veterinarian who will treat my beloved dogs and I with more grace and respect. In response to this review, Alpine has suddenly claimed that they were providing emergency care and could not see me. This was not explained to me at the time I was turned away and seems like a convenient way to make their treatment of my dogs and I appear reasonable. If they had told me that emergencies had arisen with other pets, in a manner that would have aligned with good customer service ideals, I would have been much more understanding. They also never even tried to call me to clarify. I suspect the response was a disingenuous attempt to protect their reputation.

Very willing to accommodate my needs. Staff friendly, caring, concerned and knowledgeable from my initial phone call to discharge of my pet. I felt at ease leaving my pet there for evaluation.
