Every time I go in to deal with a bill, discrepancy or a tech issue, I feel like I am talking to used car salesman. The representatives in the store seem to speak with just enough vagueness to keep everyone involved confused. It regularly results in an inconvenient follow up in a month because billing details have not hit my bill. In addition, I have never walked into the store, and had less than a one hour wait. There is regularly only one representative on the floor, but two or three of the representatives come out of the back room walk to a desk in the middle of the lobby and then return behind a closed door to their behind the Wall office. The guys who work here are normally trying to be helpful but the bottom line is they are not.

The guys working are seriously so amazing. They’re helpful but it also feels like you’re talking to a friend. My mom and I have been at AT&T for a long time and they really do the best work and I hope they are rewarded for how well they preform! I can’t speak higher of them!

Love this store. The people there are always so helpful and too the point t. Alex is very knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish they could get me a better rate for a single phone line. 150 a month is a bit steep.

Went in to Helena today for help setting up my new phone paid my bill and then was told to get smart switch and do it myself what happened to customer service

Alex gave exceptional service. I got an AT&T sim card from a big box store for my Canadian phone but there was an alert that the phone was incompatible with the network. Alex solved the problem in minutes and we carried on with our vacation. Thank you Alex!

You ever just walking into a store and feel welcome. This was my experience when going to AT& T in Helena. Joe was amazing and put time into finding the last case for my phone and gave it to me for free to top it off. Best Customer service I’ve gotten by far.

Came here after originally going to Walmart! Had such a horrible experience with the Walmart phone dept! Came to the Helena at&t store and these guys were amazing! They were able to fix everything the girl at Walmart messed up! Thank you again Chad, I really appreciate you and your staff

Joey and Chad were very helpful and literally did everything to set up my new phone and pretty fast too. 10/10 great experience, not one complaint. Will be coming back whenever I need a upgrade

The Manager Alex was amazing, he helped me and my family of 10 out and was very patient. All 10 of us got the new iPhone 14!! I do not have enough good things to say about the guy! I will be back for sure just because of him!

You walk in ready to buy a new phone, and walk out looking for a new provider with this staff and store and this was done by management!!!! I spent an hour waiting in the store for an incompetent staff member who was more interested in talking with other customers about one of them being in prison and the other not becoming a cop then recognizing other customers need help. After finally making time for waiting customers, being told they can't do anything for you because the AT&T system is flawed and will offer zero help with it. Then talking with the manager to tell me the exact opposite of what the call center or number that their corporate office listed as customer support had instructed me, by phone and email to go into a store to fix the problem. Not to mention the level of unprofessionalism by the manager to pull me back in the store to then increase the frustration and belittle me as a customer. If this is how they operate, training a demotions with actual professional staff is needed. The manager is the problem if he treats me like he did, I can only imagine how he's treated others.
