“Took in last year's mule deer meat scraps for cheese dogs and snack sticks. Excellent service, friendly staff, and the meat turned out fantastic! Having experience in wild game processing, I know what I brought them and I have no doubt I got all my meat. People don’t realize how much meat you actually get after debone and meat trimming, especially if they have gun shot meat. Don’t believe some of the negative reviews. I’ve used them before and will trust them again.”
“We purchase a pig or quarter cow every year. We have been very happy with the meat each time. In addition, the seasoning of the bacon and sausage is gluten free, which is very important for us. I would definitely recommend them for meat.”
